If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer both the option of return within the framework of our open purchase as well as handling complaints if the product does not meet your expectations. Open Purchase (right of withdrawal)
We offer you a generous right of withdrawal of 30 days from the day you pick up or receive your package from Sunwave. For a product to be returnable within the framework of open purchase, it must be unused and returned in its original packaging, complete with all accompanying plastic and packaging material. Please note that our open purchase policy does not apply to used products or products that have damaged packaging as a result of customer handling. Returns of such products will be rejected and sent back to the customer at the customer's expense and risk, which is currently SEK 49.
Returns
For returns, our warranty policy applies, which you can read more about in our purchase conditions. Returns must be sent to us at your own expense and risk and must not be sent by cash on delivery. Once we receive your return request, we may request the device for further troubleshooting. We aim to refund you as quickly as possible after an approved return, at the latest within 14 days of receiving the return. Refunds are made via the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Complaints
We at Sunwave stand behind the quality of our products and in the event of incorrect packaging or delivery of a damaged or defective product, we will replace you with the same or an equivalent model. In the event of defects upon delivery, we may request the unit for further troubleshooting, and we will bear all costs associated with this. If you discover incorrect packaging, please contact us by email and we will send you a correct product and a return slip for free return shipping.
