Prices and payment

All prices listed include VAT and other charges. By reviewing your shopping cart, you have the opportunity to see the total price of your order, which includes VAT, any fees and shipping costs. The payment terms are clearly stated in the shopping cart and are dependent on your chosen payment method. Please note that for deliveries outside Sweden's borders, customs fees may apply.

We offer several safe and convenient payment options. Choose between payment via Klarna (Visa/Mastercard, Swish, partial payment or invoice), card payment with Visa and Mastercard or digitally via PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay or Shop Pay.

Payment with PayPal


Payment is by card via Paypal (You do not need a Paypal account). You fill in your details and the address you want the goods to be delivered to. Before placing the order, be sure to check your details and that the products are correct. When you have placed your order, a confirmation will be sent to you via the e-mail address you entered. Open purchase and exchange

For online purchases at www.sunwave.se, open purchase applies for 30 days from the day the package is picked up/received. In order to return a product within the scope of open purchase, it is required that it is unused and returned in its original packaging with associated plastic and packaging material. Please note that open purchase does not include used products or products with damaged packaging caused by the customer. Returns of these products are refused and sent back to the customer at the customer's expense (SEK 49) and risk.

Return

The guarantee applies according to the above conditions. Returns are sent to us at your own expense and risk. Returns may not be sent by cash on delivery. After we receive your return request, we may request the device for troubleshooting. We will refund you after an approved return as soon as possible, no later than 14 days from when we received your return. Refunds are made via the same payment method you used at the time of purchase.

Complaint

In the event of incorrect packaging or delivery of a damaged or defective product, you will be replaced with the same or equivalent model. In the event of defects upon delivery, we may request the device for troubleshooting, and we will cover all costs. In case of incorrect packaging, please contact us by email and we will send the correct product and a return slip for free return shipping.

Guarantee

We are confident in the quality of our sunglasses and offer a generous warranty period of three months from the date of purchase. The warranty covers any manufacturing defects or defects during normal use. To take advantage of the warranty, please keep your purchase receipt as proof of your purchase. If you discover any problems with your sunglasses within the warranty period, please contact our customer service to arrange a repair or replacement.

Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents or normal wear and tear.

Unclaimed packages

Goods that are not picked up are returned to us. For these packages, we reserve the right to charge costs for return shipping, handling fee and handling fee, which currently amount to SEK 98. Exceptions can be made in cases where we have agreed, by e-mail, to allow an order to be returned during open purchase, whereby the total amount of the order is refunded minus actual shipping costs.

Incorrect text/price

We always strive for accuracy, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct incorrect text or price and in such cases will contact the customer for approval of any changes.
